Membership Overview
Cloudelle Membership includes:
- Access to Nilayam member facilities
- Exclusive member offers
- Priority access to selected events
- Promotional discounts
- Special rewards and benefits
Benefits may vary depending on membership tier.
Free Trial
New eligible members may receive a 30-day free trial. The trial period allows users to experience membership benefits before selecting a paid plan.
Cloudelle reserves the right to:
- Limit trial eligibility
- Withdraw trial offers
- Prevent abuse of multiple trial registrations
Paid Membership Plans
Following the trial period, members may subscribe to available membership plans. Plan pricing and benefits are displayed within the Cloudelle application.
Membership fees may change periodically with reasonable notice.
Renewal
Paid memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Members can manage their subscriptions through their account settings.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals.
Membership benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
Nilayam Access
Membership does not guarantee admission where:
- Capacity limits have been reached
- Events require separate registration
- Access restrictions are necessary for operational or safety reasons
Cloudelle reserves the right to suspend access for violations of community guidelines.
Member Conduct
Members are expected to:
- Respect other members
- Respect staff and facilities
- Follow venue rules
- Maintain a welcoming community environment
Cloudelle may suspend or terminate membership for inappropriate behaviour.
Changes To Membership
Cloudelle may modify:
- Membership benefits
- Membership pricing
- Membership tiers
- Membership eligibility requirements
Changes will be communicated through the application or website.
